ADMINISTRATION

  • County Supervisor
    (Ackerman) 

Oversees administrative and clinical activities in assigned county.  Monitors county budget and meets budgeted revenue expectations. Coordinates mental health treatment and monitors clinical services provided. Supervises and mentors county staff. Serves as community liaison. Maintains active caseload and meets determined service delivery expectations. Master’s degree in a behavioral science and licensure/certification required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mental health/mental retardation services required. A minimum of 1 year supervisory/management experience required.

    (Eupora)

  • Housekeeper 
    (Louisville)

HS diploma required. Perform housekeeping duties in multi-office setting. Responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe and attractive environment. Requires a minimum of 1 year industry-related cleaning experience.

 

OUTPATIENT THERAPY

  • Children’s Therapist
    (Louisville)

Master’s degree in behavioral science required.  Current licensure/certification required or ability to obtain. Perform individual, group, and family counseling with seriously mentally ill population.  Similar experience preferred.

 

DAY TREATMENT

  • Day Treatment Assistant 
    (Columbus),(West Point-PT) 

H. S. diploma required. Assist with program activities for children and adolescents with serious emotional/ behavioral disorders. Similar experience preferred. Eligible to be covered under our insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.

 

PSYCHO-SOCIAL REHABILITATION (PSR)

  • PSR Program Leader
    (West Point)

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science required.  Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of recovery based psychosocial rehabilitation program.  Experience working with mentally ill adults and supervisory experience preferred.  Experience and knowledge of serious mental illness and dual diagnosis issues helpful.  Similar experience preferred. Eligible to be covered under our insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.

 

RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES

  • Recovery Support Specialist
    (PACH)

H.S. diploma or GED Required. Bachelor’s preferred. Current Peer Support Certification or ability/willingness to obtain. Facilitates recovery support program in compliance with DMH Guidelines. Provides structured group meetings at least 1x/ week. Provides didactic-educational groups in the residential treatment program addressing recovery issues. Provides linkage/referral to community resources and necessary support/follow-up that will work towards improving outcomes. Establishes and maintains referral relationships with community agencies. Develops/implements community outreach activities. Eligible to be covered under our insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.

 

OPERATION SAVE KIDS

  • Operation Save Kids Program Therapist
    (Columbus/West Point)

Master’s degree required in a behavioral science preferred.  Coordinates all activities of the counseling portion of Operation Save Kids, provides initial assessment for children enrolled in program, provides individual and group therapy, parental counseling/training. Experience working with children/youth, as well as, inter-agency collaboration with school systems. 

 

GTR SYSTEM OF CARE

  • Peer Support Specialist
    (Starkville)

H.S. diploma or GED required. Current DMH peer support certification or ability to obtain. A current or former consumer or first degree family member of an individual who has received treatment for and self-identifies as a consumer or former mental health consumer. Demonstrate a minimum of six (6) months in self-directed recovery. Assist consumers in articulating and determining objectives to reach personal goals for recovery. 

 

mPACC 

  • Regional mPACC Prevention Coordinator
    (Columbus/Starkville/Louisville/Ackerman)

Master’s degree required. Current Prevention Certification or ability to participate in trainings to increase knowledge that will lead to prevention certification. Create strategic plan designed to decrease rates of alcohol use, binge drinking, and non-medical prescription drug use among 12-20 year olds. Strengthen prevention infrastructure in multi-county area and recruit members for Advisory Committee. Work with local colleges to identify prevention needs and coordinate prevention efforts. Ability to network with community members and demonstrated public speaking skills required. Prior experience in the A&D and/or Prevention field required.
