  • PA Specialist
    (Starkville - PT)

H.S. diploma required. Enter county data and insurance/PA information to ensure accuracy and up to date information. Assists in the submission of prior authorizations (PA) to appropriate carriers. Monitors PA’s once submitted. Updates clinical staff of the status of the PA and coordinates submission of additional information when requested. Computer/keyboard experience and insurance knowledge required.  

 

Pines & Cady Hill

  • A&D Counselor/Therapist (Pines)
    (Columbus)

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science with A&D certification required, Master’s degree and licensure (or ability to obtain) preferred.  Provide group, individual and family therapy for male adults with A&D issues in a residential setting.  Must be familiar with basic literature and tenets of the 12-step model of addiction, as well as, knowledge of counseling theory. Previous experience in the clinical treatment of chemical dependency required. Previous mental health/therapy experience preferred. Eligible to be covered under our insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.

 

ADOLESCENT OFFENDER PROGRAM

  • AOP Day Treatment Assistant
    (Starkville)

H. S. diploma required.  Assist with program activities for adolescents with serious emotional/behavioral disorders who are enrolled in the Adolescent Offender Program. Similar experience preferred. Eligible to be covered under our insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.

 

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Human Resources Specialist
    (WP Admin)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Performs recruiting activities, reviews applications, interviews candidates, and schedules interviews with hiring supervisor. Maintains and updates employee related data bases and personnel files. Conducts new employee orientation/training and coordinates new hire training needs. Maintains employee handbook/ P&P manual and monitors adherence. Coordinates facility use of the Administrative office. Previous experience in performing HR functions required. Proficient in MS office and basic office equipment.  Requires excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong communication and public speaking skills needed.

 

ELDERLY PROGRAM

  • Senior PSR Program Manager
    (West Point)

Bachelor’s in a behavioral science required. Provide day treatment services to geriatric clients with serious mental illness.  Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of senior/elderly program.  Build and maintain program census. Experience working with mentally ill adults and supervisory experience preferred.  Eligible to be covered under company insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.

 

TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT

  • Targeted Case Manager
    (Louisville)

RN with two (2) years mental health experience required. Provide information/referral and resource coordination for assigned individuals. Monitor service plan and ensure team members complete tasks that are assigned to them. Previous experience working with SMI/SED/IDD populations in a treatment setting strongly preferred.
