- Office Manager/Medical Records Technician
H.S. diploma required. Answer phones, greet clients and visitors, schedule appointments, collect money, verify insurance information, maintain client medical records, daily filing of paperwork, utilize system to ensure that all records are maintained according to requirements, and other duties as assigned. Strong clerical skills, excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. Ability to assist with pre-authorizations for insurance/ reimbursement purposes. Similar experience required.
Pines & Cady Hill
- Relief Care Worker (PACH)
H. S. diploma required. Provide monitoring and supervision to male/female residents with substance abuse issues in a residential setting. Evening and weekend work required. Similar experience preferred. Eligible to be covered under our insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.
- Data Entry Specialist
(West Point Admin - 2)
H.S. diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred. Enter intake information, set-up insurance screens and payor billing rules, input data for billing purposes. Medical insurance billing and data entry/10 key experience required. AS400 knowledge preferred.
Targeted Case Management
- Targeted Case Manager
RN with two (2) years mental health experience required. Provide information/referral and resource coordination for assigned individuals. Monitor service plan and ensure team members complete tasks that are assigned to them. Previous experience working with SMI/SED/IDD populations in a treatment setting strongly preferred.
