  • Office Manager/Medical Records Supervisor

Bachelor’s preferred, H. S. diploma with a minimum of 2 years college experience required. Supervise and oversee day to day operations of office and medical records responsibilities.  Ensure adequate front office coverage at all times. Ensure medical records are adequately maintained and meet applicable standards. Perform quality assurance reviews. Assist in the submission of prior authorizations and monitor/update clinical staff of determination/status. Supervise and ensure consistent and correct collections of payments. Maintain inventory/distribute/order office supplies as necessary. Monitor physical office and ensure safety needs are addressed/communicated. Requires 2 years office management experience, 2 years supervisor experience, and experience with insurance billing.



  • Supervised Living Aide

H.S. diploma required. Provide supervision and assist clients with ADL’s, monitoring med compliance, and assisting individuals to recreational activities in the community. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. Overnight work required. Eligible to be covered under our insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.



  • Senior PSR Program Assistant

H.S. diploma required. Assist with day treatment services to geriatric clients with serious mental illness. Provide transportation and conduct home visits to clients. Experience with geriatric population preferred. Eligible to be covered under our insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.


TOP/SOC PROJECT (Transitional Outreach Program/System of Care)

  • TOP/SOC Transitional Advisor

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science required. Provide targeted case management and community support services to individuals participating in the TOP/SOC Project. Provide clinical support to individual youth and family, actively collaborate with other systems of care, and conduct home visits. Previous experience in a mental health setting strongly preferred.



  • Employment Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science required. Develops a plan for community awareness and support of employment services/activities for individuals with Serious Mental Illness. Distributes information and communicates with potential referral sources. Accepts/coordinates referrals to the SE program and screens participants. Obtains interests, desires, and goals of individual regarding his/her desire to work. Identifies integrated, competitive jobs that meet goals of the individual. Provides support services to increase independence and community integration for individuals enrolled in the SE program. Previous experience with Vocational Rehabilitation and/or Supported Employment setting preferred. Ability to obtain CESP certification.



  • A&D Residential Coordinator

Master’s Degree in behavioral science required. Current licensure REQUIRED (LCSW preferred). A&D certification or ability to obtain. 2 years previous A&D experience required, previous residential experience preferred. Oversee day to day operations of residential treatment program for men and women. Provide organized and structured therapeutic program based on client needs over a 24 hour/7 day a week period. Participate annually in budget process and maintains budget compliance throughout fiscal year.   Provide direct supervision to both clinical and support staff to ensure adequate supervision of clients, program compliance, and compliance with DMH standards. 2 years previous supervisory/ management experience required.
